Fu Zheng Qing Jie Fang

 

Ingredients for one pack:

  • Huang Qi 9g
  • Fang Feng 9g
  • Fu Ling 9g
  • Jin Yin Hua 9g
  • Lu Gen 9g
  • Ge Gen 9g
  • Huo Xiang 6g (add later herb)
  • Cang Zhu 6g
  • Qing Hao 6g (add later herb)
  • Fo Shou 6g

 

Decoction method:

  • soak the herbs in the cold water for 30 minutes;
  • the water level should be over the herbs about 2 cm;
  • decoct the herbs without the two “add later herbs” for 15 minutes;
  • put the “add later herbs” with the previous herbs for decocting another 5 minutes;
  • filtrate the decoction and get 600ml liquid for one pack.

 

Taking method:

  • one pack per day (600ml liquid)
  • divide the 600ml liquid into 3 times a day, drink 200ml each time;
  • drink the herbal liquid 45 minutes after a meal;
  • take 5-7 packs or consult professional TCM practitioners on adjusting the formula.
