Cordyceps flower ( Cordyceps militaris )  100g/pk

1. Cordyceps flower can be made as tea:

      Add 2-5g cordyceps flower and Barbary Wolfberry Fruit into 80 degrees hot water as per your personal preferring taste. Drink the tea when the colour of the tea turns to light yellow.

2. Cordyceps flower is a good ingredient for soup:

(1) Cordyceps Flower with Corn & Pork Ribs Soup: cordyceps flower, corn, 400g pork ribs, carrot and red dates (serves 3-4 persons)

(2) Cordyceps Flower with Dried Scallop, Lily Bulb, Lotus Seed & Tremella Soup:  cordyceps flower, 400g lean pork, lily bulb, lotus seed, dried scallop and tremella (serves 3-4 persons)

3. Cordyceps flower is also an ingredient for porridge:

  Cordyceps Flower with Dried Scallop and Chinese Yam Porridge: cordyceps flower, dried scallop, Chinese Yam and half-cup rice (serves 2 persons)
