Please be aware that some registered Chinese medicine practitioners in this clinic may have a condition of registration in English language. Their first language is Chinese mandarin or Cantonese. If you cannot share a common language effectively with him/her, please let the cashier at the reception know beforehand and an interpreter could be arranged subject to your consent.
In any case, if you find the communication during the consultation or treatment is ineffective with the practitioner and or the interpreter, you are free to withdraw from the consultation /treatment process immediately and get a full refund.
